Families who register on this Web Site agree as follows:
- You agree to designate a non-profit organization(s) as the beneficiary of your shopping activity and to abide by any rules, schedules or guidelines imposed by such non-profit organization(s).
- You agree to pay the designated non-profit organization's full face value for gift certificates, gift cards, or products purchased from this Web Site.
- You agree to use the gift certificates and gift cards in accordance with any stated retailer policy governing their use.
- You agree that any customer service issue or request that cannot be resolved through shopwithscrip.com must be resolved on your behalf by your non-profit organization, and you authorize your non-profit organization’s representatives to resolve the issue on your behalf.

GLSC operates this Web Site from its offices within the United States. These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan as applied to contracts entered into between Michigan residents and performed in Michigan. Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the Web Site will be heard only in the State or Federal Courts located in Kent County, Michigan and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Without limiting our other remedies, we may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Web Site at any time in our sole discretion.
We will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform under this Agreement if such failure is caused by power outages, Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, earthquakes, tornadoes, war, acts of God, terrorist acts or the occurrence of any other unforeseen contingency beyond our control.
