You agree to designate a non-profit organization(s) as the beneficiary of your shopping
activity and to abide by any rules, schedules or guidelines imposed by such non-profit
organization(s).

You agree to pay the designated non-profit organization's full face value for gift
certificates, gift cards, or products purchased from this Site.

You agree to use the gift certificates and gift cards in accordance with any stated
retailer policy governing their use.

You agree that any customer service issue or request that cannot be resolved through
shopwithscrip.com must be resolved on your behalf by your non-profit organization,
and you authorize your non-profit organization’s representatives to resolve the issue
on your behalf.

You authorize shopwithscrip.com and GLSC to send you administrative and promotional
email messages regarding products and services available on this Site and/or products
and services offered by GLSC’s participating retailers.
All content included on this Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos,
button icons, images, audio clips, and software is the property of GLSC or its content
suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation
(that is the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive
property of GLSC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. All
software used on this Site is the property of GLSC or its software suppliers and protected by
United States and international copyright laws.

otherwise, any license or right to use this Site or any information displayed on this Site,

Shopwithscrip.com is a full-featured scrip management program that is free to client
non-profit organizations in good standing. GLSC reserves the right to refuse this free
service to any organization at will.

nor any third party involved in any trading or delivering the Site will be liable under
any theory (including negligence) for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special
or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or your inability
to use the Site even if GLSC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

involves your GLSC Account, state the entire agreement between the parties relating to the
